IFS is the tool developed to test the competence of food companies in terms of food safety and quality.
Dolciaria Stocco has always been involved in product and processes quality research to better compete in both national and foreign markets.
IFS is one of food security standards accepted by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), an international initiative, whose main purpose is to reinforce and promote food safety throughout the whole supply chain.
The requirements in this standard are based on the quality management systems, the HACCP system.
